Cancellation
Cancellation will only be done if we acquire a request on email from you within one hour of placing the order or before your order has been dispatched.
*notice: pre-paid orders are not eligible for money back on cancellation. If you desire to adjust or cancel a prepaid order, a credit score voucher equivalent to the quantity will be issued which you can use in future orders.
Returns
If you are willing to return any order purchased by you, then you have to process it within two working days just after delivery of the order.
Here are some protocols to make this process easy :
- Package should be unused and in same state as it was when you bought.
- Package should be in the original packaging.
- It is expected from you that you must have the receipt or any proof of purchase that you want to return.
- If Package you received is damaged or distorted In that case you have to click a picture and send it to us. In any other case please clarify and present some proof of that.
Refunds
When we receive the returned order, we shall notify you for the same.
Then inspection process will start , where we will check the issue raised by you whether its valid or not.
If return is accepted, then payment will be refunded to you. This can be your credit card or any mode you used during payment.
Amount credit process may take few days, which depends upon your card issuer’s policy regarding these matters.
Shipping
Any shipping cost arise from the process of return must be covered from you. Because return shipping is not considered as part of our refund policy, and you have to bear that amount.

It is requested to you, as we can understand these processes may take time, but customers’ satisfaction is also important to us. So please cooperate with us by having some patience in case any delay or issue rise up.
